Battlefield 2042 issues loading into matches

I’m having an issue with trying to load into a multiplayer game. For example, select team death match, game loads but puts me a lobby with no players, then after a while the game kicks me to the main menu. It’s like the game can’t find a map to load me into?

    Hi @Caf3y,

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play Multiplayer matches. Can you please confirm the platform and region you're playing from?

    No it’s turned off. How do I turn cross play on?

    @Caf3y If memory serves, you can turn it on towards the bottom of the first page of the game settings (I'm not near my Xbox to double check).

    I'm just checking if you managed to turn cross-play on and if that helped in finding matches. Let us know if you still having any issues.

    Hi sorry for taking so long to get back to you guys. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I enabled crops play. Multiplayer maps now working correctly. Thank you so much for all your help.
