Hi Liddle, when you say “the soldier stutters but the surrounding doesn’t” are you saying you can see your own gun stutter but the surrounding environment isn’t?
have you tested if your getting screen tearing? you can download Nvidia frameview and this will tell you if your getting screen tearing.
Are you having the same problem on all game modes including solo games?

have you tried reinstalling the game?
This is the video of what happens. as you can see its micro stutter but this is not the worst its been this was minor. i have reinstalled entire windows to try and fix.
