Battlefield 2042 micro stuttering when running

I seem to have a lot of GstKeyBinding stuff, maybe related to my gaming keyboard not sure...

Quick comparison;

GstRender.FullscreenScreen -1      mine is set on 1

GstRender.DLSSEnabled 0             mine is set on 1

GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0              mine is set on 1

GstInput.Vibration 1                         mine is set on 0

GstAudio.VoipOn 1                          mine is set on 0


RTX3080 and 11900K@4800MHz
