@Max1boyok got some questions for you 🙂
I see a app Plex , is it running during gaming ?
Also a app ArmouryCrate , is this one also running while gaming ? (also includes AcPowerNotification)
What devices do you all got connected at your USB ports ?
(did ya realy hide microsoft services and disabled all other apps ? in cleanboot ?) - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran
@Rokebo73 Maybe you could check mine as well and see if we all have similar situation with the game?

USB is Bluetooth, headset, mouse, keyboard and that’s it.
Same
Issue with all devices unplugged as well
Cheers - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 I see a some hardware and software that could cause some issues.
Disable them and test game.
I see you got an cpu with a graphicscard , UHD Graphics 770 device, DISABLE this card in the BIOS.
Disconnect also your LG TV SSCR2.
Also this app wallpaper64.exe , from steam is running, disbale it wiith TASKMANAGER in processes. Also disable it in SERVICES.MSC <- press WINDOWS KEY + R , typ SERVICES.MSC holddown CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Make sure Steam is not auto booting with windows.
If ya start Steam, start it as an administrator.
Start and test game ! Update us please ! - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 The TV is my monitor I use a Gsync lg OLED C2 so can’t disconnect that. The wallpaper is a new app from steam I use for live wallpaper so it’s not that as issues were there before this.
The graphics is just the cpu onboard graphics but everything is set to run from the RTX3080.
This issue is not the kind of stutter you expect from hardware where it’s the entire gameplay. The stutter is like half way through the match and also at the end of the match. Sometimes it’s worse sometimes it’s not. - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 did ya check your network ?
your sure wallpaper isnt chanced during gaming, every 10 a 20 minute or so ? - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 oh and resolution from LG tv is very high !reduce it to the same resolution you use in hte game (before ya start game change lg tv resolution)
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 My network says it’s 12-16ms ping and in game it’s 29-31ms. The wallpaper app is for live wallpapers and is frozen during gameplay to free up resource. I have also just tried with a static image before and same issues.
Cheers - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace
@NightHawkk1997just disabled it to test if it solve your issue , you never know what this wallpaper64.exe do during gaming !!!
oh and resolution from LG tv is very high !reduce it to the same resolution you use in hte game (before ya start game change lg tv resolution)
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 The resolution is at 4k I am getting 116fps average with DLSS performance. I have tried playing at 1440p also and 1080p with the same stutter occurring even on low settings. I only downloaded the wallpaper engine yesterday and has been stuttering long before that. What we noticed is when the TN count on the game fluctuate it stutters.
