@Rokebo73 The TV is my monitor I use a Gsync lg OLED C2 so can’t disconnect that. The wallpaper is a new app from steam I use for live wallpaper so it’s not that as issues were there before this.
The graphics is just the cpu onboard graphics but everything is set to run from the RTX3080.
This issue is not the kind of stutter you expect from hardware where it’s the entire gameplay. The stutter is like half way through the match and also at the end of the match. Sometimes it’s worse sometimes it’s not.
