please update your windows with WINDOWS UPDATE , also optional updates then do this:

@NightHawkk1997dont get sad about all you need to do, just try , test. More we test , more we can exclude from issues !
I even got all very long list with things to do. (version 2.0) still need a lot of work. But it are all the basic steps to fix eac , origin, steam, windows related issues , in this post , dont use it, but you could just take a peek at it, if ya want to do a trouble shoot 🙂

@NightHawkk1997hmmm , youre sure your network is finetuned so there is not walways aconnection who use data? in TASKMANAGER ,PERFORMANCE TAB, ETHERNET , see anything spike there ?
Also click open resource monitor (in the lower part) , click NETWORK, do you see any process who use more data/network !
