Battlefield 2042 micro stuttering when running

Battlefield 2042 micro stuttering when running. This does not happen all of the time but at least 80%. This does not seem to be a performance or network issue on my end as i am getting 90-120fps with...

@NightHawkk1997 hmmm , your pc is wired connected. no extra device connected at USb / UTP45 / GPU ports ?!
Youre software is full update, windows + optional updates, chipset / device drivers update ?
Your GPU is update with latest driver ?
Running at latest bios ? with correct OC / XMP profile ?
Your ram is in the QVL from motherboard ?
Did try to switch usb ports for headset / keyboard / mouse ? (do not connect anything else)
You did reduce resolution at LG TV to the same resoltuin in game ?
Did try display settings FULLSCREEN / WINDOWS BORDERLESS ?

Even did a Networtk reset ? Modem/router from power for 5 seconds and network reset at pc:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

No packets lost in game warning ?
No one drive / sync running in the background ?
All devices keyboard / headset / mouse / ssd / m2 / router-modem all got latest firmware installed ?
Did check windows for error with SFC /SCANNOW ?
Game platform started as an ADMINSTRATOR ?
No cabled issues , bad utp45 cable/connection/ports ?
No other devices use network (phones/tablet/pc/nas/ect ect ect)

@Rokebo73 other devices do use the network but not while playing and the network strength is always high during game play. All the above I have tried previously.

Also correct I get no network warning issues when playing either for example packet loss. All bios updates are also correct and windows updates. Have you seen the video of my game?

    @Rokebo73 Correct it’s very weird and sometimes the stutter doesn’t happen for half the game and then comes back! And then goes again! 🤣

    GstRender.FullscreenScreen -1 set to 0
    GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 set to 1
    GstRender.MotionBlurEnabled 1 set to 0
    GstRender.VSyncEnabled 1 set to 0

    try this , let me know what happens , do not change in game settings. Cheers

    @NightHawkk1997this is my profile, may tyry to use it (make a backup of yours first, to restore your own settings if required.
    Its a winrar file (win7zip), extract first

    @Rokebo73 Just tried and still
    Stutters. Profiles don’t seem to help. Tried other peoples as well. Does your not microstutewr like the video?

    @NightHawkk1997 not that i sense it, but im alreadt at age , so less sensitve hahaha, but yourse is visible, the little hickups/holds during running. Not at my game. There is no issue with ISP ?
    BF2042 is very CPU intensive game, push a lot of ram in a little time, nothing get to hot in your system ?
    Got and good airflow, its not dusty ? need to clean some fans or cooling blocks ?

    @Rokebo73 Yep it’s set to high here for me as well! It stutters when Ttime Nudge count changes In game

    @NightHawkk1997 forget to ask, i should ask that at strat of troubleshoot, do you see other players in game with same sort of movemnets in game ?

    @Rokebo73 Nope no other player have the same movement in game as me it’s like my frame lags. Only people on this forum have similar issues

    @NightHawkk1997 hmmm input lagg, did ya try to use other , mouse or keyboard ? maybe even headset (or disconnect headset)

    @NightHawkk1997 You didnt tell me that ya used a controller ?
    Disconnect controller,
    Shut down computer.
    Disconnect powercord from computer.
    Press and Hold the power button , 5 seconds, from computer to drain all power.
    Connect other keyboard / mouse if possible, better one by one to test if one of those devices give input lagg.
    Reconnect powercord.
    Startup computer and test game !
    use if possible other keyboard and /or mouse

    @Rokebo73 I only just got the controller and have tried the disconnecting etc. please look into the time nudge that we all think it might be

    @NightHawkk1997 if your partner also got those issues at console, then youre sure there is no problem at ISP , somehow ??!!!!

    @Rokebo73 I did think this as well because her ps5 is doing it but not as often. But not sure what the issue at ISP could be as ping is fine and so is download speed. I also don’t get this issue in call of duty. It’s really weird. What can I do on ISP side to fix?

    @NightHawkk1997what typ of UTP45 cable you use ? cat. 1 ? 2 ? 3? 4? 5? 6? 7?

    it is printed at the UTP45 cable ! how long is the cable you use for your connection ?

    @Rokebo73It’s ADSL cable to the wall to the router then just a standard Ethernet to my computer. The ps5 is on wireless
