Summarize your bug Time nudge stutter when time nudge goes over 20 or when it fluctuates a lot. Causes the game to be unplayable when I am using 1gb upload and download. Pc it top of the range with 4090 and only game with issues. Multiple threads on this issue.

as you can see the TN is at 21 and it’s rubber banding. I have full fibre so it’s not my internet. I have the 4090 so it’s not my card and when I had my 3080 it was exactly the same issue.
Similar issue, game plays in slow motion. I've caught a screenshoot of the ingame network graph, it shows that TIME NUDGE is over 1000ms, this is while i had the slow motion bug.
