Your not alone in this issue. I'm on PS5 and it's doing the samething for me. I can't get past the black screen. I'll load in and then it kicks back into main menu.
Its May 2023 and this is still an issue. I can't believe they didn't give out refunds for this dumpster fire. I sent a ticket off about this and its been 2 weeks with no answer. I'm about to just give up and move on....never again

Still have the same problem since beta, I think this is a problem with NAT or internet settings. (My NAT setting already set as OPEN)
But why other game won't occur this issue? (Ex: APEX BF5 BF1)
My friend won't occur this issue when connecting the network with PPPOE
