Battlefield 2042 Not Launching Greeted with an "Out Of Memory" Error

Battlefield 2042 was playing fine on my system in the last update but now when I try to start the game I am met with an error saying:

DirectX function

"m_d3d12PipelineLibrary1-> LoadPipeline(HashStrDx12(key), &desc, FB_IIDPPV_ARGS(&pipelineState))" failed with E_OUTOFMEMORY ("Direct3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call.")GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090" , Driver: 53118.

D:\dev\TnT\LocalPackages\RenderCore2\2.04.00-ks\source\platform\PcDx12\PipelineLibraryPcDx12.ccpp

From what I can make out it seems like the error is trying to say I don't have enough memory. With my specs, I should have plenty of memory the only other game that has recently been doing this to me is Fortnite when I play in DirectX 12.

Any suggestions to fix this? Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-13900K Processor

Graphics Card: MSI GAMING TRIO GeForce RTX 4090

Motherboard: MSI MEG Z790 Ace Gaming Motherboard Z790ACE

Hard Drive: WD_BLACK SN850X NVMe™ 4TB

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series (Intel XMP) 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR5 6000

Power Supply: MEG Ai1300P PCIE5
