Crash,APEX can not Open Gane.Lock My CPU 5G(P core),Default 5.5G is not good.Every thing is OK,Please do not thank me.My Video Card Driver Version:528.49 .

    @1HPPPPP This is what ended up working for me once I lowered my CPU to 5GHz I stopped receiving out-of-memory errors on all games that had that issue. I am a bit frustrated that this was the only way I could fix it as it defeats the purpose of getting High-End Hardware. Hopefully, there will be a fix later on so I can use at least the default clock speed. Nevertheless, I am glad to have my PC working properly again and I greatly appreciate your solution.
