Battlefield 2042 not playable TN-Time until 1.5000ms
Hello everyone,
Since I got the game (01/10/2023) it has never worked properly for me.
I have the network values displayed in the game. The latency always stays below 25ms and the other values are all unremarkable. Now the question is what could be causing this.
1. Hardware PC
WIN: Windows 10 Pro
GPU: ROG Strix RTX4070ti
Driver GPU: GeForce Game Ready Driver Version: 528.49
RAM: 64.0GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
-> Should be playable without hardware problems.
2. Internet
Type: cable
Provider: Vodafone
BOX: FRITZ!Box 6591 Cable (lgi)
Connection to PC: LAN cable Cat 7
Upload speed: 270Mbits
Download speed: 27.4 Mbit/s
So all I can say about the Internet is that it has to be enough. I also have the priority set by my PC in the Fritzbox and activated the packet-acceleration.
Since none of that worked, I even opened the ports for Battlefield 2042 in the Fritzbox (see Bild_1)
Other online games run fine, even Battlefield V works without any problems!
3. Other problem causes:
-I did all the new installations.
-All local files checked.
-All programs with overlay or game integration disabled.
-All updates updated (WIN, Steam...)
Everything I've tried hasn't helped. The TN-time is also behaving very strangely.
When spawned in a quiet environment, it often stays low and explodes whenever there is a lot of movement in the game.
I have the suspicion that it must be the EA servers.
But when I go into the same game with a friend, he doesn't have this problem in the same multiplayer.
Which does not necessarily confirm my suspicions!
Please help, or an explanation WHAT EXACTLY THIS TN-TIME MEANS?????
Thanks
