When I play with bots TN jump 9 to 45 but when I go to any server I has TN jump 45 to 1300. I can play only with bots, can't play on any server. Window 10 new (reinstalled), all clean, new drivers not help, 100% problem with game, internet 1gb.

problem only in game setting TN program, another seting work fine.
