Battlefield 2042 on PS4 I can't get it to work

Hi, newbie here. I have just bought Battlefield 2042 but can't even play it on my PS4. Sad times. I keep getting an error code CE-34878-0 (attached photo of tv screen). How do I fix this please, as I just want to play my new game. I've never played it before. Also, when the User agreement was I the screen, it said I had to accept the terms and conditions. I could scroll down and read them by pressing L1 and R1 and also the cookie policy, but I cannot see anywhere to accept them? I can't move forward in either of these issues. Feel like getting a refund if I can't play the game. Hopefully it is easy to fix. I have plenty of
