@DefeatBecomesYou I am having the exact same issue and was wondering why they removed it. Since noting is to be seen in the changelogs, it is probably some kind of bug or issue with the latest update that will hopefully be fixed soon!
It's a bug because it is not in the changelog stating they changed the xp restrictions.

Don‘t put too much trust in them, i‘m literally waiting for them to fix the solo mode on pc since i bought the game back in march. To be fair, the dev team is pretty small right now and they sure are giving all they can.
