Battlefield 2042 purchase on xbox not transfering to PC

I decided to purchase the Battlefield 2042 Circle of Hell Accelerated pass on my xbox (Xbox One S) because it happened to be more conveinent to purchase on my Xbox than on my PC. I was hoping that purchasing the pass would transfer the purchase onto the same account on mg PC. After I made the purchase on 11/10/2024, I recieved all the content in the accelerated pass on my Xbox. I shortly after I turned off my xbox and went upstairs to check Battlefield 2042 on my PC and to my surprise the content wasn't there. I decided to restart Battlefield 2042 on my PC and all but 1 of the rewards from the accelerated pass were in my account. That 1 missing item was the exclussive Zain skin from the accelerated pass. I thought that the Zain skin just hadn't transferred over yet so I decided to reset it again and it wasn't there. I decided to give it a day or two and wait to see if it would show up over the next few days. I checked it today on my PC (11/12/2024) and I still didn't have it. I decided to contact EA support about the issue. I am writing this to document this issue.

(Edit: I also noticed that I had some missing currency that I should've had when I bought it. I originally had 300 battlefield credits and when I bought it on my xbox I had 900. On my PC it shows I still have 300)
