Battlefield 2042 reset password error

I have seen other people with this same problem but I haven’t found a fix for it. 

everytime I try to start the game it asks me to reset my ea password, which I did several times and I’m not getting in. Does anyone have a fix or know why this is happening? I’m using a ps5.

    Were you able to fix this problem? I emailed them about this problem a week ago and haven't gotten anything in return.

    I didn’t try and contact them. But the problem was still there last time I tried
