Summarize your bug Cannot acquire ribbons to progress weekly challenge. I played 3 or 4 games returned to the menu, and see my ribbons not updating and glitched at 60/80.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unreliable coding. This is an EA/Dice problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot complete my weekly challenges or earn ribbons
What should be happening instead? I should have 80/80 ribbons earned last weeks challenges and therefore should have Boris’ Helical skin. The community should be compensated for the lack of reliability and support to Battlefield 2042, and EAs portal.
I played probably 15 games over the course of the week. My ribbons progressed to 60/80 and then I could not receive any more, or they would not update in the menu. With 9 hours left until new weekly challenges were available I played 3 games where I was top 5 on my team each game. I’d return to the menu and the challenge would remain glitched at 60/80. I missed out on Boris’ Helical skin which I most certainly should’ve been rewarded, potentially xp associated with these ribbons as well. This needs investigation immediately.
