battlefield 2042 royal wings specialist set via logging into amazon is not appearing. Other users on Reddit report the same. Yes I’m a prime member. Yes I linked my EA account. Yes I got confirmation that the specialist set was collected but it is not appearing as an option in Angel specialist set.
I had this problem too. I "collected" it on 10/11, but just got it today, on 10/21. They showed up after a match the day I supposedly got it, but it didn't take. What worked for me was liking my EA account to Amazon from the EA side. The Amazon side was easy and what I initially did, but it looks like linking it from the EA side (or both) is what's needed.
Log into EA, use the drop menu to select, "EA ACCOUNT". One the next page, scroll down and select "Connections" on the left. This will bring up other sites you can link your account to. Scroll down to Amazon, and link it if it's not linked. Despite linking from the Amazon side, mine wasn't. If yours is, then I'd say go to Prime Gaming and link to your EA account from that side. Both items immediately unlocked after my next match.
I don't know why it had to be done separately on both sides, but hopefully that resolves your problem as it did for me.
