@IIl-Raven-lII, just to double-check; you're getting this message only when you start to load up Battlefield?
Can you also try to create a mobile hotspot maybe and connect your PC to that hotspot, load up Battlefield and see if you get the same message? - 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw tried, same result

@IIl-Raven-lII, do you have another PC/laptop to try it on to see if it works on that one?
Also, you mentioned that you have tried 'the usual things' for troubleshooting steps. Can you please mention exactly what you have tried?
