Battlefield 2042 Series x and PS5 friend invite issue

Hi - sorry i couldn't find the same issue i'm facing i'm on series x and trying to invite/add a friend on PS5. On searching via his EA ID i can see the profile but there is no add option. I've done ...

Can you actually help with the issue or do you just repeat the same, check Ea names. Like you would think after a year Ea would have it corrected. On about 13 threads you have the same answer or I should say you responded with a question to a question. Xbox x and S series seem to have an issue adding Ps5 players. Yes we all have searched in the Ea tab.
