Battlefield 2042 Trial Version and Purchase Download Issue--X Box Series X

I have completed the trial version of 10 hours.  If I opt to purchase the Delux or Gold edition does it download on the trial version or it downloads a completely new game?

    Hi @KNC001,

    You should just continue playing no need for a re download the trail is the full game.

I think it’s a fresh full download. 

However if you’re on PC/Xbox and have game pass I wouldn’t buy the game as it’s coming to that service in season 3 iirc
