Battlefield 2042, unable to redeem download code.

So I have just bought Battlefield 2042, without the disc but with the PC download code. I do not know where to enter this and I cannot ask EA support because when I try to compose a "Contact us", it says select contact option or information and doesn't let me continue, it just says to take me to "Answers HQ"  or "Ask the Community". Could anyone please help me with this?
