Battlefield 2042 Update 2.1.0 Lag on Main Menu

I recently updated bf2042 and the lag and screen stutter in the load menu and main menu is horrible. I am getting about 1 fps. I have checked my network connection, firewall permissions, cleared cach...

@Amitnh Jo man. Lets check if there is background software who locksup your system in BF2042.
Please do a cleanboot
reboot pc by a clean boot:

Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !

test your game and post results, please also check if youi videocrad nvidia driver is update <-- before ya do a cleanboot

@Rokebo73 clean boot worked, the game is running fine ! but how can we tell what service caused it ?

    @Amitnh   cleanboot system , disable all (leave 1 enabled) and test. Till ya find the servoice thats is causing your issues ! Many reboots and enable/disable later youre find the services thats bugged !
