@HerculesSV hmmm delete cache in EA app didnt work ?
Ya could delete every folder/file manualy , also the hidden folders and files !
Uninstall EA APP with REVOUNINSTALLER first , set advanced so revo will search for folders/files/registry keys.
Then manualy hunt any folder/file related to EA APP and delete them also!
Reboot system , download install EA app and try again !!!

I uninstalled exactly as you wrote. It did download completely. The problem is now that I get an error when I launch it. 0xc0000005. I can't play it and I remember I've had this error prior to the download loop.

I still can't run it. I also upgraded Windows 10.

Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I ran the tests, but the result is the same when I launch the game.
