Battlefield 2042 won't load on Xbox One X...

hi,

i have the xbox one x do i have the right version it says battlefield 2042 xbox one.

anyway, maybe that is why it won't start up.  from my dashboard, i press on the battlefield 2042 tile then it seems like it is loading but the second screen with battlefield 2042 in big letters and numbers and all the companies who made up the game are listed below but i get kicked out back to my dashboard.

what's going on.

    Hi @CRAZY_EVAN1, 

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps? My first thought is that something could be corrupted in the game data, and a reinstall may help with that.

    I have tried uninstalling and resets even replaced console. I have reset my router. Still won’t load my other battlefield games work
