Battlefield 2042 Xbox Crashing or Shutting Down console

    @NOLAItsNotOva, alright, so it is not EA Play that 'crashes' on your system, but BF2042 (that you got via EA Play for Xbox) that crashes on your Xbox, correct?

      @EA_Leeuw Correct. I've been seeing multiple posts with people having the same issue. But no one has given a solution to this issue, EA reps just keep asking the same questions in a different format. I tried playing last night and the problem got worse to where the whole console will just turn itself off. Was able to play maybe 10 minutes at most, then the game would freeze and a few seconds later, the console will turn off.

        Hey @NOLAItsNotOva,

        If your console completely shuts down when playing a game, make sure that the console is in a well ventilated place, as it are signs of possible overheating or other hardware/firmware failures.
