Recommend as always if the Xbox is shutting down, reach out to Xbox Support to have a look on what is going on. @ArcadeHustle

@EA_Atic Have called xbox about this issue and gone through all test and recommendations and still have the issue. They said it must be an EA issue, no freezing till about season 3 update. Seems as though it's gotten worse since recent update. No issues with any other game but this one.
