Battlefield Coins purchased through Steam not appearing in game

It's been multiple days since I attempted to purchase 500 BF coins through Steam. They have yet to appear in my account, and every time I try to open a case with EA Help to get this figured out, the case gets marked as resolved without a single word ever being said to me, and the issue most definitely not being resolved. I've been sure to provided the proper documentation showing my purchase.

I tried to reach out to Steam, who told me I needed to reach out to EA to get it resolved. But as it stands, there doesn't appear to be any way to do that. I can't find any way to speak to someone about this issue, whether it's over the phone or through chat.
