Battlefield keeps crashing.

When I try to play battlefield 2042 the game keeps crashing. It didn't always crash idk why but all the sudden it started crashing. Anytime I try to load into an online match the game crashes to desktop. I have absolutely no idea what to do. What's weird is that it happens on madden also. When I try to get into an online match in madden it also crashes. I thought maybe I was banned or something weird? but no I'm not. What's even weirder is that it's only those two games that have this issue. all my other games work fine and specifically ea also work fine. these two games are two of my favorites and I kind of don't know what to do. I was hoping someone who also had this issue could help me solve it.
