    I have a account with you guys since 2017 but it's need to be upgraded.

    great_hoop08 I know I've replied to you already and I think you have now spoken with them, but only EA Help (help.ea.com) can assist with account problems. There isn't anyone here that can access game accounts I'm afraid.
