Battlepass missing from account
just got off from a chat with ea support since my premium bp isnt showing in my account, even though I preordered the correct edition and also have the receipt. Hope this will be resolved soon!

Hi there, i just bought BF2042 Gold edition and as for content it says that i will get 4 Battle Passes. Is it gonna be like Apex ? i mean i did pay for battle pass once and got enough coins for the next season. The battle pass will require for example 1000 Battlefield Coins or Tokens, do i get them back if i manage to reach the maximum level on battle pass ? and the next question is, since it says that i will get 4 battle passes, would that mean 4000 Battlefield coins or tokens? I'm so confused atm, i might have confused you all as well, sorry ^^*
We do not know the answer to that question yet but we will closer to launch.
Anyways the Gold Edition includes them all so just stay with it if you planned to get the Battle Passes regardless.
It probably just automatically unlocks the Battle Passes and doesn't include any extra tokens.
- @Larousch Pretty sure you won't get any currency and the premium pass will just be unlocked by default for you.

Think we will see that EA moves towards their game environments will become access-on-subscription based. So consider the 4-seasons battlepass here to give access for 1 year of gaming in the BF2042 world with access to the 4 specialists in that bundle. Though EA have not yet been so definitive in their descriptions of their licensing model, think this is the direction they want to go. Like it or not...

Based on the picture attached i was under the impression we will have the battle pass unlocked from the beginning as gold users.
I played 2 rounds and i just progressed the battle pass to tier 7, everything else is locked.
It says premium active on the top right, what does that mean?
