So I found some interesting things.#1 I was getting an error that RuntimeBroker.exe has initiated the power off of computer on behalf of the user for the following reasons (Other)I did some research on this process and a lot of info about memory leaks seemed to arise. Some suggested disabling the process, however I did not disable it.#2 I updated my drivers for the AMD Chipset drivers#3 I updated my LAN drivers#4 I updated my BIOSNow its magically working both on 1080p and 1440p on Ultra settingsNow this doesn't quite make sense to me because if it was a BIOS issue then why was it working last week on the same BIOS and only started doing this after I changed my resolution from 1080p to 1440p?So that would mean somehow changing the resolution of the game perhaps caused a memory leak in RuntimeBroker.exe?My thermals were fine the whole time that was never the issue, my power supply was not the problem.But how did updating the BIOS fix this???This also seems to be very common for high core count CPUs so there is something in that aspect for sure.Still pretty frustrating that not one EA support specialist was able to suggest these updates.I have been playing for about 20 minutes now without my PC rebooting. I will mark this post as a solution after some further testing. I want to see if I can make the problem come back after I overclock my CPU again. But I don't think that will make it crash because I had disabled the OC during this whole troubleshooting phase.What a nightmare.

Be careful claiming there is no way it's your PC. I had a very similar issue a few years ago (was only happening with one game) and it turns out there was an unusual amount of dust on my GPU fan. As soon as I cleaned it, everything worked fine. Assuming cleaning (and checking cables) does not do it for you, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something.

I had a cpu overclock but currently I do not.

As you can see on the bottom left the CPU is only using 124.7 watts and the GPU (top right) is pulling 287 watts. During this gameplay both the CPU and GPU went much higher than that but did not result in a crash (CPU over 130w and GPU over 300w). Im not sure this issue is power related and do not want to spend money replacing a relatively new 1000W psu to find out.

Happen to me also. Ended up crashing pc to bios every game. Reinstalled game and new windows install and it's gone

You can limit your CPU processor count by creating a user.cfg file in the game’s main folder and using these commands. The config below is for quad-cores with Hyper Threading (4 cores, 8 threads). You can change these values to your liking:

Thread.ProcessorCount 4
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8"

I tested this and it works wonder

Hello !
I have similar issues :
I am experiencing very heavy pc crashes after the new update (season 3) ; I have no other way than restart the pc with the front panel buttons, it freezes with RGB artifacts on my both screens.
I just realised it appeares when I play on the new map with the M44 (with x4 scope), I know it's weird, but with other guns / other maps; no problem... I disabled overclocking setup from the bios to see, but still the same result.

As stated above.
Mine was hard crashing also, yesterday was bad.
reading here about overheating and cpu. running an I9-9900KF, 8 core/16 proc. Lowered it to 4 core/8 proc and game appears to be running fine.
