bf 2042 global controls blocked

hey guys,

i have a big problem:

since the new patch from 30.11.21 my settings are crashed, it is not the mouse bug.

The settings changed to gamepad, but i never played bf with one. Always with keyboard and mouse.

I did everything to fix the problem:

i deleted the setting files, i repaired the game via origin, i've just uninstalled the whole game and installed it completely new.

The problem is still there 😕.

I cannot find any information about this problem, how this can be fixed?

I want to have my keyboard settings and/or change them. Its so weird.AND: i cannot change the global controls, they are blocked.

Please help me with this issue, thanks a lot :-).

    Just to be 100% sure that I understand what you mean. You are trying to change controller settings and it dont work? @Soldat_Jam3sRyan

    thanks for your follow-up.

    no 100% sure, as i said the patch crashed my keyboard/control settings. i cannot see/change my keyboard settings anymore.

    default is gamepad, however i never used a gamepad for bf...

    this sucks and i see no option to change it back. it was caused from the patch, it was not before ☹️
