Wow. I love that EA simply stops responding. “Basicall the fix is…” is enough for EA to continue ignoring the issue. Yes, a janky fix temporarily makes the Squad/Party option available again. It doesn’t ‘fix’ the issue, it continues to happen like clockwork. The issue that actually brought me here is that I absolutely cannot communicate within a squad while being part of a party. I don’t want to just talk to my party. I play cross-platfrom between PS5 and PC and there is no way for us to hear each other. Furthermore, there IS STILL NO WAY to communicate with squad while in a party.
There is no way to ‘friend’ players from other platforms. There is no way to favorite or reclaim servers I’ve just played. No way to see recent players I’ve played with. Oh, sure, all the things I just mentioned appear to have functionality in the game, it’s just that all the things I mentioned do not function. You’re about to lose an entire family of BF fans. Been playing these games since 2003.
