Bf 2042 wont launch - PC Steam

I have tried everything known to mankind 

Installed the game 3-4 times 

disabled Window defender

updated drivers & Windows

reinstalled dll files and directx

did everything and it still gives the same **bleep**ing error always

If anyone has the solution do tell plz

I have this steam on logged on my cousins pc and the game runs there ,yea i k wtf?
and i also tried another guys acc on my pc but still same issue (yes both steam and ea) 
I tried changing both
