BF2042 - Preload Problem

Hello,

I have been trying to initiate the Pre-load for 2 hours now, I uninstalled origin-windows desktop and re-intalled it and had no success. Is this something wrong with my computer or something that its failing on your EA side?

-Screenshots are in "Portuguese":

So once I Open Origin - i get a notification saying BF2042 is available to Pre-load

Once i click it i see that the BF2042 starts trying to download on my game library

After a few seconds i get an error saying "Unfortunately, Origin wasn't able to download your game. Please check your internet connection and try again".

Meanwhile i sent a report on the error, here is the ID: 146db50420162255

Additionally, a detail I noticed, is all my other games have a download icon, while BF2042 just says I will be able to play it on 12 November 08:00 AM WET

I guess the problem is due to this, @EA_Atic (sorry to put you on the spot but can you please help on this situation or redirect to someone who can help?)

Click on Edit payment method, and just get a loading screen for 15min + and keeps going...

ive fixed my problem just simple cancelling preorder and ordering again , it was stuck since october 4 on processing , now downloading preload , hope it helps guys

I have the same issue but i checked my game in EA account and says the payment under process and i bought the gold edition more than 2 month now and i play 4 days with beta too so dont understand what going on with my order too and also this download not working for me with the same issue! Maybe you have and order issue too in ea account you can check it.

Try running Origin as an administrator:

- Close the Origin client.

- Right-click the Origin client icon on your desktop (or in the Origin directory if not on your desktop) and click Run As Administrator.

Then try again to download.

For me this is not working! i wondering this is cuz of the payment issue!!!! Under process yet in the past 2 month haha and EA live chat not available for me now anymore :DDDD dont know why!!! I cannot cancel my order to try again buy the game!!! So sad!!!! EA not taking care with their customer!!!!

I have the same issue...tryed your method with Origin and no luck same error occured,im also unable to pre-load the game from EA App.

EDIT: Bought the Ultimate Edition, in order History it stays under "Processing" "Weve billed you for your order...some items havent been delivered yet."

I edites my payment mode after all also and nothing changing!!! I could played 4 days beta instead of but i cannot pre load this game!! The hole situation is epic!

@Z3RO_REKTT Estou na mesma situação que tu, já alterei o método de pagamento e continua igual.
Acho que o melhor é esperarmos por amanhã senão saímos daqui malucos.

Maybe there is some delay for the payment charging depending on different time zones. As EA does just charge the money up to few days befor release. 😳

Maybe give it another day to see if it works then.

Can't be player before the 12th anyways.

Well so far ive seen a lot of ppl are having this issues..
for example in my case it says they Billed me for my order BUT some items havent been delivered yet...I guess thats items from Ultimate Edition etc. that will be delivered once im in-game
yet still i cant Pre-load the game either from Origin or EA App...
