BF2042 - Preload Problem

Hello, I have been trying to initiate the Pre-load for 2 hours now, I uninstalled origin-windows desktop and re-intalled it and had no success. Is this something wrong with my computer or somethin...

ive fixed my problem just simple cancelling preorder and ordering again , it was stuck since october 4 on processing , now downloading preload , hope it helps guys

@DuskoDUCA i guess its all related to the billing being processed, It seems to be stuck on "Processing" for everyone, nonetheless this is a bit strange to be happening...i will wait for tomorrow, if the billing doesn't go through, i will cancel it and order it again...it seems it worked for @diogopolido

@Z3RO_REKTT Yea, it seems it is only 'fix' cancel and preorder again, and me to, will wait to tomorow and will try that.

  I had the same problem after pre-ordering through Origin and then switching to EA Play. Preload doesn't work on both Origin and EA Play.
  I finally gave up trying to fix it and just canceled the order.
  
  I then pre-ordered through Steam and the download works fine there (I used the same credit card that I used in EA.com). Game already 50% loaded and I am all excited to play it tomorrow!!
  For those who still face this problem, I suggest you cancel the order and go through Steam.
  Trust EA to screw up even when it comes to just charging and billing.
