BF2042 - Preload Problem

Hello, I have been trying to initiate the Pre-load for 2 hours now, I uninstalled origin-windows desktop and re-intalled it and had no success. Is this something wrong with my computer or somethin...

    ive fixed my problem just simple cancelling preorder and ordering again , it was stuck since october 4 on processing , now downloading preload , hope it helps guys

@EA_Atic same problem and no chance what so ever to get a responce from help @ea.. preorderd in august, 2 weeks a go some issue with payment, reconnected credit card to account.. no response from ea.. game can be seen in library but no dl button.. dit the clear cache thing on origin .. still no dl .. as an owner of bf2, bf3,bf1 bf4, bf5 and i think bf2042 very very disappointed

    We take the money about a week before launch/early access of a game and not when you pre order the game. @Roeltjetheone

    Did you try them on Twitter also?

    I can pre-order in august too, I can't download it too, I'm facing the same problem since yesterday @EA_Atic
