BF2042 - Preload Problem

Hello,

I have been trying to initiate the Pre-load for 2 hours now, I uninstalled origin-windows desktop and re-intalled it and had no success. Is this something wrong with my computer or something that its failing on your EA side?

So once I Open Origin - i get a notification saying BF2042 is available to Pre-load

Once i click it i see that the BF2042 starts trying to download on my game library

After a few seconds i get an error saying "Unfortunately, Origin wasn't able to download your game. Please check your internet connection and try again".

Meanwhile i sent a report on the error, here is the ID: 146db50420162255

Additionally, a detail I noticed, is all my other games have a download icon, while BF2042 just says I will be able to play it on 12 November 08:00 AM WET

I guess the problem is due to this, @EA_Atic (sorry to put you on the spot but can you please help on this situation or redirect to someone who can help?)

Click on Edit payment method, and just get a loading screen for 15min + and keeps going...
