Tested different headgear with Angel and it made no difference while running with the SFAR.So is there anything else to do??

try a whole different outfit and don't load in as and or
Go to documents/battlefield2042/cache
Delete them all or move(restore/move back if does not work if want)
If it works,than all you have is some longer loading until it is all rebuilt
