Summarize your bug The game doesn't use more than 50% of my GPU or 70% of my CPU and my frames are stuttering pretty hard. Doesn't matter whether I have my game at max settings or lowest.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try the game with a 3080 Ti (?)
What happens when the bug occurs? Low frame rate (60) at 1080p & inconsistencies of smooth rendering

Low frame rate and low GPU usage on a 3080 Ti. Not CPU bottlenecked. Hitting 40-70 FPS whether my game is on low or max settings. GPU isn't going over 50% usage in any situation.

Summarize your bug This is not a bug but an inexplicable frame rate. My friend and i both have the same pc except he has a better graphics card (i have a 1660 SUPER and he has a 2070). Both pc's windows are up to date. Both graphic card's drivers are up to date. We both play on MID settings. But i get 95% GPU usage with 80fps and my friend gets 35% GPU usage with barely 50fps. We've tried marking the .EXE file as high priority, playing around with the resolution, changing from a 2k monitor to a 1080p monitor, reinstalling the game, reinstallijg it again but into an SSD. Nothing has worked. Im aware of the fact that my friend is NOT the only one with this issue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know what causes it but theres plenty of people on your different platforms complaining about bad optimization (even tho they meet pc spec requirements) and providing video evidence.
What happens when the bug occurs? As already explained, my friend's GPU usage will not move from 30-35% therefore providing an abyssmal fps rate.
What should be happening instead? He should be getting 85%-95% GPU usage, like me.
Please fix it. This bug has made me unable to play with any close friends whatsoever
What about set low/high battlefield priority in task bar? It should change cpu usage a little atleast.
