What trouble shoot did ya already do ?
Since when do ya got this issue, day 1 ya did buy bf2042 or after any update , new windows , new gpu driver , windows update ect ect ect

@Rokebo73 After 20-30 minutes of gameplay the game suddenly quit everytime, randomly freeze and quit to desktop. No errors appears, nothing. Just quit. My PC settings are good and its super ok to play the game in low resolution. Apparently BF2042 does NOT work well with 12gen intel and i really dont know why. Im sharing here the crashdumps folder and dxdiag. If there´s a solution i really would love to know it.
I think after the new updates in windows/Nvidia drivers things got worse..

I do see multiple errors with , LenovoUtility , LenovoDiagnosticsCLI.exe.
There is also a error with steamwebhelper.exe <-- did buy BF2042 at steam ?
Also errors with microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16005.14326.21374.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
and ScanForUpdatesForUser, also Microsoft.Win32WebViewHost_10.0.22621.1_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy
Did ya already check for windows health ? Do this:
SFC - Windows Health Check and MEM check
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Reboot your system
Now do a windows update check.
Also make sure ya got the latest system drivers installed.
Again a reboot from windows and then again do:
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
Tell me if at both SFC /SCANNOW are errors displayed!
IF errors keep poppingup, then reinstall CLEAN / FRESH windows.
Make sure ya do a quick format from the system drive (c🙂

PS if ya do a fresh/clean windows install, then do not install any utility (lenovo/AMD/armory ect ect ect)@Rokebo73 i I bought the game at steam..
Checked all these commands and did NOT appears any trouble or error.
windows health, mem check, scan health, check health and restore. sfc scan ok - Eveythings looks fine. No errors displayed.
Reinstall the game and the crash still happening.
Man, this is so annoying..

At youre C: drive there is now a file called mb_mem_bios_info.txt post this file please !!!

My game keeps freezing pretty much everytime I play. It is only BF2042 and I cannot alt tab away to close the game. Holding alt tab shows the thumbnail of windows but will not switch away from the game screen. I have to hard restart my computer every time.
I have tried to do everything I saw in many help topic sites. Re-install, run in Admin, not over clocking, have a good computer, messed around with XMP, turned of hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, verified windows integrity, shut down all programs running, maxxed out my fans and water pump speeds (not over heating), removing the Xbox Game Overlay through CMD prompt, ect ect ect.
EA Help is so convoluted that I cant figure out how to start a new case because it just brings me to the FAQ and forum pages. Posting here because desperation before I uninstall and quit this game and company for good.
Did try a cleanboot already ?

Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !Cleanboot is just a one time clean boot ! Next reboot all will be reset and a normal boot will be occure.
Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
- Close Task Manager.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.After cleanboot do this:
Download revouninstaller:
Run it as adminSelect TOOLS
then select AUTO RUN MANAGER
UNCHECK everything at AUTO RUN MANAGER (ps some cant be unchecked)
Reboot system , and launch game platform as ADMIN, test game

I see some errors at both youre dxdiag thats the same, im investigating how to fix this error

check only those 4 options:List Last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List User , Partitions and memory Size
