Problem is clearly on EA side. Forget about all the clean-up advices and requests for PC info. Either EA has to update their app or they have massive problems on the backend - but you bet EA won’t tell us.
This is happening to me as well, sometimes it takes like 6-7 attempts to actually launch the game. Everything is fully up to date and reinstalled the game today.
