Same issue here. I try and launch and then it crashes as soon as the EA launcher tries to open. I have also done all of the fixes that you have listed. The only one thing that has worked is looking up EA on the windows start menu and finding the EA updater and running it. That takes me to the log on screen. The problem is that either the EA updater won't work sometimes or I log in and the launcher says there is an issue with my account. Definitely should not be this difficult.
