An old glitch on Hourglass just returned .. entered Conquest Hourglass, spawned below map

i was driving over an enemy equipped with an rocket launcher, nothing happened to him was like static .. was pushed away instead .. was shooting at my vehicle from behind .. and i died .. invincible players now ..
