BF2042 reward not showing up
I have EA Play through Xbox Game Pass but whenever I open Battlefield 2042 I don't have the Fatal Friend takedown

If you still aren't seeing the EA Play reward on your account I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid we aren't able to look into missing content here on Answers HQ.
You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you'd rather.
I have the same problem for the january charm and 3 weeks after still nothing. This system is glitched since the beginning
