If you still aren't seeing the EA Play reward on your account I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid we aren't able to look into missing content here on Answers HQ.
You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you'd rather.

I have the same problem for the january charm and 3 weeks after still nothing. This system is glitched since the beginning
