bf2042 Stuck on loading screen

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform:PC

AMD or Nvidia Model Number rx580 amd
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16 gb

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Loading

Summarize your bug bf2042 Stuck on loading screen
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start the game and the game stuck at loading screen without any message
What happens when the bug occurs? loading  infinite without the message connecting to online services
What should be happening instead? loading the game

 The loading screen stuck on the video of a satellite zooming in on earth with just the animation playing all over again, without the message connecting to online services.



It seems that when  i Open the PROFSAVE_profile settings in documents and change GstRender.Dx12Enabled from 0 to 1 this bug don't exist.

    did ya try to reinstall graphics drivers ??
    Updated your drivers ?

    ALso all motherboard drivers update ? chipset/audio blablabla ?

    Well, that's the first I've heard of DX12 fixing an issue. LOL You don't want to keep playing with DX12?

    If you haven't already, search this forum for your issue. Posts like this one may help.

    Also, there are multiple items at the bottom of that DXDIAG report you may want to look into. My Greek is not so good, so I won't be of much help to you there. 🙂

    I couldn't find the file you talked about in documents, so i ran the .exe as administrator and it worked.

    Agreed.  I'm tired of this.  Every time I want to play this $100 game, I can't.  It's always something.  Cheat app or won't get past launch screen, crashes every time I try and play, etc.  Waste of money, and I've been with this franchise since it's inception.  EA or the game developers either don't care enough about fixing this or don't want to fix it.  All these folks care about is money.  And they wonder why so many started pirating games in the 90s.  Profit over quality.  No more!  EA SUCKS!
