BF2042 unable to connect to EA servers on xbox series x

i can't play battlefield 2042 by xbox series x. i can play other multiplayer game(halo,titanfall2 etc) but i can't play ONLY battlefield 2042. it said "unable to connect to ea server error code 1:468...

Game lagging
My game bf2042 is really lagging the way it’s lagging is l’m running with my soldier and it’s going backwards and also when l shoot an enemy it’s not damaging it can somebody please help me out.
