BF2042 unable to connect to EA servers on xbox series x

i can't play battlefield 2042 by xbox series x. i can play other multiplayer game(halo,titanfall2 etc) but i can't play ONLY battlefield 2042. it said "unable to connect to ea server error code 1:468...

@Karitaalasmaa3 @Skippye412 @FrostyVoyager I solved this problem but not clear way. i think in my case there's something wrong with my xbox account ☹️

1.make other xbox account.(you can share the game with other accounts)

2.change your profile to new account.(maybe press Y)

3. log in with new account

4. press A and

  All I want is to play when I get a chance between work. And life. Can't do that because this is complete garbage. EA not getting another dime from me.
